I remember my first term at Kaplan and it is nothing like this term. I didn't expect it to be easy, but at the time my son was just born and sleeping all the time which game me plenty of time to sit and work. Now I am planning his first birthday, chasing him around the house, and back to work full time. We won't get into the laundry issue and I was forced to put my laptop behind the baby gate. It's a very uncomfortable way to work.
At the same time though, I am happy with myself for going back to school after ten years and am going to give it my all.

ReplyDeleteGood job for perservering! I know from experience how demanding motherhood can be, however, it is worth all the effort. It is amazing how some terms at Kaplan are much easier than others. I'm hoping my next term will not be as demanding as this one too. Good luck on your schooling!
